the hotel was clean. its location near the thermal baths proved convenient. i found the kindness of the check-in lady, agnus, particularly good, she even handled bookings, this included thermal bath tickets, dinner reservations, and the red line bus.
the housekeeping resembled that of a b and b rather than a hotel. during my four nights, the towels were changed and beds made only once.

the rooms included well decorated and clean spaces. the staff was incredibly helpful, they provided recommendations. i found free parking exceptionally convenient because of the holiday, making my stay more enjoyable, so i felt like i could unwind.

the property sat conveniently near the thermal baths, a park, and the red hop on/hop off bus line, so access was a breeze. the proximity to these attractions added a layer of ease to my explorations, though it was nice and peaceful.

the location is great. the metro is very close for airport transfer. it is also easy to get into town. heroes square is within walking distance.
the housekeeping was not good. i stayed four nights. staff only changed the towels and emptied the rubbish once. i had to buy more capsules and teabags if i wanted them. i wanted real orange juice, but i had to pay for it.
